Chloe VanDuinen

Joined 4 years ago from Southwest Minnesota. Last activity 3 weeks ago.

I’m 23 and finally earned my degree in creative writing and literature. Writing is my passion but college has taken some of the oomph out of me. It's hard to work on fun personal projects when I feel like I should be working on homework (I really hate homework). My favorite genre to read and write is magic realism. I also participate in NaNoWriMo, a writing competition during the month of November.

I like nature, crafts, and hanging out with my friends. I have a wonderful boyfriend whom I’ve been with three years. I like to think that I’m pretty nerdy. I just bought a Hitchhiker’s Guide cover for my iPod and I might have a “small” obsession with Doctor Who (I plan on making Baker’s scarf in the near future).

I love anime conventions and renaissance faires. I only watch cable when I'm working out at the YMCA (they have TV’s on their elliptical machines!). Otherwise I get everything I want to watch from Hulu and Netflix. Best $16 I spend a month.
